EXPERIENCE
Aima Dong joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is a Director on the Credit team and a member of the Private Credit Group.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Aima was a Director in the Securitized Products Group at Morgan Stanley. She was also previously at Citi in the Credit Financing business, a part of the Financing & Securitization group.
EDUCATION
Aima received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
