Mr. Hailey joined Bain Capital Credit in 2014. He is a Managing Director in the Industry Research based in Bain Capital Credit's Boston office. Previously, Mr. Hailey was a Vice President at Cadent Energy Partners and an investment banking analyst at Simmons & Company.
