EXPERIENCE

Mr. Schantz joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Partner in the Credit group based in Hong Kong.

Previously, Mr. Schantz was a Managing Director with CPP Investment’s APAC Credit team and an Executive Director with Tor Investment Management. Mr. Schantz began his career with Citi’s Special Situations and Credit Portfolio teams in New York. 
 

EDUCATION

Mr. Schantz received an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and B.S. degrees in Finance and International Business from Florida State University.
