EXPERIENCE

David Ruffolo joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Director on the Credit team and a member of the Private Credit Group.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, David was a Vice President at Vista Credit Partners and on the GA Credit team at General Atlantic. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate on the Direct Lending team at Ares Management and an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

EDUCATION

David received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
