EXPERIENCE
Ms. Xhafa joined Bain Capital in 2015. She is a Director on the Bain Capital Credit team in the Industry Research group and is based in Bain Capital's London office. Previously, Ms. Xhafa worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in London.

Ms. Xhafa received an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. from Bocconi University.
