EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hawkins joined Bain Capital in 2001. He is Deputy Managing Partner and a Partner based in Bain Capital's Boston office. He is a Credit Committee member a Risk & Oversight Committee member and serves as the Chairman of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc., a registered business development company. Previously, Mr. Hawkins was at Ropes & Gray, LLP working on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and collateralized debt funds.

EDUCATION

Mr. Hawkins received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College.
