EXPERIENCE
Jim Hildebrandt joined Bain Capital in 2005. He is a Partner on the Asia Pacific Investor Relations team responsible for helping to establish the Asia team and expand the Private Equity, Credit, and Special Situations businesses across the region. Jim has responsibility for relationships with Asian investors.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jim was a Partner at Bain & Company, relocating to Asia from London in 1989 as a founder of the offices in China, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Australia. He served on the Global Operating and Compensation Committees, and had responsibility for the Asian Private Equity Practice.
EDUCATION
Jim received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was the Henry Ford II Scholar and received the Alexander A. Robichek Award for Outstanding Achievement in Finance. He also has a JD from the University of Toronto.
