Lan Huang joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Director and the Consumer Sector Head on the Liquid and Structured Credit team. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lan worked at H.I.G. Capital, Madison Dearborn Partners, and Credit Suisse.

Lan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Iowa.
