EXPERIENCE

Mr. McArdle joined Bain Capital in 2006. He is a Partner on the Investor Relations team. Mr. McArdle leads the Investor Relations Marketing and Diligence team that supports fundraising and investor reporting for the Bain Capital platform.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. McArdle was a Director of Finance for Atlas Venture. He was also Co-Founder and COO of a software development firm that specialized in web-based database systems. Prior to business school, Mr. McArdle worked three years as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.

EDUCATION

Mr. McArdle received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
