EXPERIENCE
Michael Treisman joined Bain Capital in 2015. He is a Partner, General Counsel for Capital Markets, and a member of the Risk & Oversight Committee. Michael also serves as General Counsel for Public Equity, Partnership Strategies and Special Situations.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Michael was the General Counsel of Tiger Management L.L.C. Prior to that, he was the General Counsel of Citi Infrastructure Investors and Associate General Counsel of Citi Alternative Investments at Citigroup.
EDUCATION
Michael received a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
