EXPERIENCE

Mr. Kolinski’s primary responsibilities include business development, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management of mid-market companies.  Mr. Kolinski joined Bain Capital in 2004 and has been with the Private Credit Group since 2006.

EDUCATION

Mr. Kolinski graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.  Mr. Kolinski earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a CFA Charterholder.
